Our Client in the Cellular (Retail) industry is looking to fill the vacancy of Junior Personal Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to employ someone for the role of a junior PA. There is massive growth within the company as the person who fills the role will be trained on every aspect of the business with intention of overseeing the smooth running of the business

We are looking for a well organized individual to assist with the administration of a cellular franchise business, keeping the diaries for upper management and facilitating the day to day tasks by giving out instructions to the relevant teams as and when required to do so.
Successful candidate will assist in helping upper management with various administrative tasks in promoting and driving efficiency in the backend of the business.

The applicant must have the following characteristics and attributes.

2-3 years of PA experience or experience in similar role
Must have Matric
Tertiary Qualifications advantageous
Extremely well presented
Highly organized
Trustworthy
Pays attention to detail
Able to multitask
Computer literate with Excel and Office
Must be proficient in digital filing and
Must be tech savvy
Can work under pressure
Must be able to adapt to different work environments.
Must be a team player
Must be able to travel - when need
Must take a keen interest in business, economics and commerce

This candidate will be an extension of the business manager and will often be attending corporate events and meetings
