SUMMARY:
Junior Payroll Clerk required on a contractual basis situated on the East Rand (Germiston and surrounding areas) with Matric, approximately 1 years' experience in payroll administration, good communication skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure

POSITION INFO:
INHERENT REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Minimum of 1 year experience in payroll processing
Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and deadline driven

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that all payrolls are captured and processed correctly and timeously on the payroll system
Ensure accurate written and verbal communication with Operations with regards to timesheets and payrolls
Submit payroll reports to the respective individuals for checking
Generate invoices
Assist Debtors with resolving invoice queries from clients
Resolve payroll queries timeously
Assist with reports when requested
Assist with year – end calculations and pay-outs
Double check payroll reports with invoice backing documents to illuminate any discrepancies
