Career Opportunity for a vibrant Junior Payroll Clerk to join our team.

POSITION INFO:

Inherent Requirements

Grade 12

Minimum 1 years'' experience in payroll processing

Good communications skills (both verbal and written)

Attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and deadline driven

Computer literate (MS Office)

Demonstrate working knowledge and experience with at least one popular payroll system e.g. sage, VIP, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure that all payrolls are captured and processed correctly and timeously on Paymatic

Ensure accurate written and verbal communication with Operations with regards to timesheets and payrolls

Submit payroll reports to the respective individuals for checking

Assist with resolving queries from clients / operations

Resolve payroll queries timeously

Assist with reports when requested

Assist with year-end calculations and pay-outs

Double check payroll reports with invoice backing documents to eliminate any discrepancies

Ensure transport and other costs are recovered from assignees and clients

Processing of Acknowledgements of Debt (AOD''s)

Working Hours: 08h00 to 16h30 (Monday to Friday) - Overtime as and when required
