SUMMARY:
Our client based in Midrand is looking for a Junior Payroll Administrator

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following;
Responsible for the entire VIP payroll of over 300 employees
Do monthly reports, roll overs & back ups
Upload all new VIP updates
Ensure all fringe benefit tax/vehicles are loaded correctly
Garnishing orders, union deductions, etc.
Have a good understanding of payroll taxes
Load new employees
Terminate resignations
Assist employees with payslip queries & email payslips monthly.
Do med aid/cost remuneration adjustments
Assist with annual IRP5s recons
Flag and resolve queries
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Strong financial and numeracy skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good Interpersonal skills
Ability to think analytically
Strong verbal and written communication
Accountable, assertive and self-motivated
Experience in the FMCG industry preferable.
Knowledge and understanding of BCEA and SA Labour Legislation
Minimum of 2 years’ experience
Sage VIP Payroll experience preferable
