SUMMARY:
In search for a Junior NOC Agent for a telecommunication client to be based in Sandton.

POSITION INFO:

• 3 – 5 Years in same / or similar role
• Ensure all departmental deadlines are met and assist fellow staff to enable them to meet their deadlines
• Domain registration and Domain system management
• Assisting with creating solution description sections and network diagrams if required 

   

• Connectivity trouble shooting, fault logging and fault management
