SUMMARY:
Junior Medical Receptionist - Durbanville
A private Educational Psychologist based in Durbanville, is seeking to appoint a junior medical receptionist to join their practice. The practice offers a wide variety of services, including individual psychotherapy, play therapy, psychological assessments, parental guidance, and presentations/ workshops.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • Minimum requirement: Gr 12.
  • 2 years of secretarial experience will be advantageous.
  • Previous experience with medical billing is advantageous.
  • Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
  • Computer literate
Duties:
  • Answering the office phone and emails
  • Scheduling patient consultations.
  • Patient billing.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Managing the day-to-day functions of the office.
  • Ensure that our reception area is well maintained
  • Filing of client’s files
  • Cleaning of psychologist’s office after each consultation.
