International automotive manufacturer of large components to the transport and logistics industries

POSITION INFO:

International automotive manufacturer of large components to the transport and logistics industries seeks a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to be trained as an Application Engineer.

For the position you would be required to have:

B. Eng/ B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering ESSENTIAL
Around 2 years'' experience in the Automotive industry
Fluent in English and preferably German (highly advantageous)
Experience in Inventor and AutoCad

Responsibilities would include you to:

Advise customers on the correct application of products
Assist customers with technical queries
Ensure technical drawings are done according to prescribed standards
Ensure part lists and spart numbers are up to date
Contact German experts to assist with complex problem-solving
Draw up product specifications
Product failure analysis
