JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-known and reputable food manufacturing company based in Makhado, Limpopo is looking for a Junior Maintenance Foreman to join their dynamic company.

Minimum requirements:

Matric or technical certificate (Millwright, Electrical, Mechanical).
3-6 Years’ Experience in both Electrical and Mechanical Field.
FMCG industry experience.
Seamers experience.

Knowledge:

Basic PLC knowledge.
Excellent knowledge of Food Processing Equipment.
Knowledge of sterilization equipment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Electrical & Instrumentation.
Oversee Fitters and Turners.
Oversee Seamer Technicians.
Oversee Boiler making & Manufacturing.
Engineering Warehouse & Procurement.
Engineering Planning (Preventative Maintenance Schedules).
Boiler & Steam Services.
Water Reticulation Services.
Air Reticulation Services
Mobile Equipment such as forklifts and utility vehicles.
Processing Machinery, which includes rotary cookers and retorts as well as aseptic sterilizer.
Labelling Department, which includes palletizing, labelling and packaging.
Production Personnel.
Student and Apprentice Mentoring.
