JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
? To perform all administrative functions on behalf of the Director;
? Interacting with clients over the telephone, by email and/or in person;
? Receipt of/and organizing and completing necessary documentation, monitoring
matter/action item statuses;
? Communicating with relevant stakeholders in the course of matter/project/task
management;
? Preparing documents for meetings;
? Set-up and management of meetings;
? Follow up on action items;
? Compilation of reports as instructed; and
? Diary Management

Minimum requirements:
? Paralegal qualification/Legal Secretarial qualification;
? Proficient in MS Office (MS Word; PowerPoint; Excel and Outlook);
? Candidate must be a quick learner and have the ability to work independently once
trained;
? Proficient at diary management;
? Excellent writing skills;
? Excellent communication skills.
? Work to deadlines is essential; and
? Work under pressure and timeously.

Further Details:
? To commence 01 August 2022;
? Training will be provided;
? A valid driver’s license and/or own transport will be advantageous; and
