JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:
This is a role for an eager legal professional. The candidate should have a particular interest in the Fintech industry, be innovative and display the best possible service to clients. It is the client’s utter request that the candidate have commercial and corporate law experience.
Duties:

Perform company secretarial tasks.
Interact with clients, board members and any other third parties.
Drafting commercial contracts.
Ensure that the company is up to date with all the new developments in relevant legislation.
Drafting Legal Service Agreements and Non-Disclosure.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with an LLB.
Admission as an attorney in the High Court.

Experience:

2 years Legal Experience.
