SUMMARY:
Our client a labour consultancy firm in Port Elizabeth is looking to appoint a Junior Labour Consultant for their firm to start as soon as possible 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements and Duties:
  • Must own a reliable vehicle.
  • Willing to travel to clients in the Eastern Cape as and when required with stay overs when required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in labour consulting to clients.
  • Experience must include advising on retrenchment procedures, disciplinary procedures (misconduct, incapacity) etc, chairing disciplinary enquiries, CCMA / Bargaining Council conciliations and arbitrations (representing members), drafting of contracts of employment, sound knowledge of labour legislation. 
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to sign up new clients and grow the existing client base.
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written), Afrikaans (spoken) will be advantageous
