SUMMARY:
Junior Java Software Engineer

POSITION INFO:

A cutting-edge technology company is looking for a Junior Software Engineers, if you are looking to learn about implementing scalable, robust, maintainable software, using design patterns and Object-oriented principles then this is the opportunity for you. Join this team of high calibre software engineers and design and develop high-quality Java applications. A BEng degree would be highly favourable.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree; Computer Science/BEng Degree highly preferable.

Skills & Experience:

Experience programming with core Java, HTML/CSS, JavaScript

Good understanding of the Java programming language/syntax

Experience with SQL and RDBMS database concepts and design

Exposure to Object Relational Mapping (e.g. Hibernate, EJB3)

Exposure to Java servlet containers (e.g. Tomcat, Jetty)

Experience with Java IDEs such as Eclipse and/or Netbeans

Practical experience with any of following databases: MySql, Oracle or MS SQL
