A well-established organization based in Observatory is looking to employ an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their organization. Suitable candidates will need to meet the following requirements:

• Work experience (2+ years) as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, and excellent telephone manner
• Strong organization and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate, influence, build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels in order to achieve successful outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Building long term sustainable relationships with customers
• Support sales in producing quotes and proposals for these customers
• Bridge the gap between sales and the rest of the business
• Manage the successful onboarding of these customers to our products or services
• Demonstrate the value of the services on an ongoing basis
• Manage the renewal of services and encourage the growth and adoption of new
