POSITION INFO:
We are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Industrial Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Industrial Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the optimization of our manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to launch their career in industrial engineering.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new initiatives.
- Assist in the design and layout of production facilities and workstations.
- Participate in time and motion studies to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
