Junior IT/ERP System Technician

SUMMARY:

One of the leading maintenance, selling & hiring of generator equipment’s is currently looking to hire a Junior IT/ERP System Technician to be based in Johannesburg Offices with the following experience required:

POSITION INFO:

MAIN PURPOSE

IT and Kerridge support to staff members.

Key Responsibilities.

IT

• Help desk support
• First line IT support
• Handle support services in relation to users, workstations, telephone, printers, miscellaneous hardware and software

Kerridge

•  Training of all new staff members
  Creating new users on
• De-activating users when they leave
• Supporting all Kerridge users
• Trouble shooting
• Logging all unresolvable issues with Kerridge
• Data base administration
• Creation of all new stock codes
• Amendments to existing products codes
• Uploading of product images
• Administration of all branches stock takes
• Update of all stock takes

EDUCATION, TRAINING, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum Qualification: Matric

Tertiary Qualification: IT and Accounting Degree/ Financial Information System Qualification

Other;

• ERP system experience
• Good English, written and spoken
• Computer Literate
• Analytical Skills
• Problem solving Skills
