Must be able to think on your feet, manage your own time and work accurately and efficiently while managing customerÃ¢Â€Â™s expectations.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

2 - 3 Years experience
Basic TCP/IP Networking
Basic Firewall knowledge including how to troubleshoot firewall related issues
Knowledge on how to manage Office 365 environment
Windows 7/8/10 management and troubleshooting experience
Ability to work on a helpdesk with logging of all support tickets
Strong ability to document info and support work through helpdesk systems
Ability to diagnose & troubleshoot IT problems in a time-sensitive manner
Sourcing of hardware for customers
Generate and follow up on quotes
Provide first line support assistance
You will also need to have previously completed an A+/N+
The position is client facing and requires a well-presented logical person with the ability to build on client relationships. The incumbent will also be required to cross and upsell IT solutions to customers.
