Junior IT Support Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Junior IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
  • Preferably CompTIA A+ & N+ - need desired qualification
  • Working knowledge of computer/laptop hardware and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of backup solutions
  • Working knowledge of VOIP telephony systems (Yealink)

Desired Work Experience:

  • 1 year or more Support experience.
  • Microsoft OS Experience essential.
  • Office 365 experience advantageous.
  • AMR Metering Networking Experience advantageous.

Personal Skills and Attributes

  • Good communication skills in English (writing and verbal important)
  • Punctual
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Motivated and Presentable.
