SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading and innovative IT company, based in Pretoria East, is seeking a driven Junior IT Technician to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

MCSA Certification or equivalent.
2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
A+ and N+ Certifications are advantageous.
Knowledge and experience with configuration of Windows 10 and Office 365.
Knowledge and experience with VOIP (3CX).
MicroTik networking experience.

Main responsibilities:

Installation, configuration and support of Windows 10 and Office 365.
Logging and following up on calls with external suppliers and service providers.
Installation, configuration and support of Windows 10 and Office 265.
Installing, configuring, maintaining and Troubleshooting client servers.
Networking (WAN/LAN and Wireless).
On call guidance and coaching of clients.
Remote administration of servers and workstations
Administering and performing backups.
Compiling of desktop and server configuration documentation for client sites.
Troubleshooting on all IT related equipment.
