Our Client is urgently looking for a Help desk IT Technician to start asap.
Must have Hosted PBX and CCTV Service desk experience
Responsibilities:
To help customers with the queries on the phone and sort problems out.
Requirements:
Proven experience
Reliable transport
Must live close to Ballito
Bicom or HIK Vision is preferred
Good understanding of Networking, Hosted Pbx, Cloud, Microsoft 365, Microsoft essential, Tech savvy, with working knowledge of Networks (LAN, WAN, LTE, Fibre and Microwave.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices an other tech products.
To diagnose and resolve basic technical issues in English
Diploma - IT. Computer Science, BSc/BA in IT
