JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client requires the services of a Junior HR / Payroll Clerk who meets the following minimum requirements:

Matric
Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
Computer literate: Sage VIP and Excel
Previous HR and Payroll experience (minimum two years)

Duties will include:

Capturing of leave
Payroll processing (new employees, terminations, earnings, deductions, etc)
Attend to all enquiries
Reporting
Capturing of leave
UIF declarations and completion of UIF forms
Update of staff files
Issue warnings
Typing minutes of disciplinary hearings
