SUMMARY:
Our client looking for a Green Innovation Assistant to join a dynamic team that’s driving eco-conscious initiatives and green living solutions.

POSITION INFO:

Duties

• Assist the Green Living team with various administrative duties such as diary management, travel arrangements, data capturing, and document preparation.
• Collect and manage sustainability and ESG data from internal and external stakeholders.
• Compile and prepare accurate sustainability and environmental reports.
• Support project coordination and execution of green initiatives.
• Maintain structured systems for document and data management.
• Provide general team support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Qualification: Degree or Diploma (preferably in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Green Innovation).
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant working experience (up to 5 years preferred in sustainability or data handling).
• Technical Skills:
  
  • Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience in reporting and data management.
  • Completed ESG or sustainability-related courses beneficial.
