SUMMARY:
Durban. We are seeking a Junior Graphic Artist with a qualification in Fashion Design, Clothing Production, or Clothing Management, along with at least three years’ experience as a Graphic Designer / Graphic Artist to join a dynamic clothing environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong fashion sense and a sharp design eye.
POSITION INFO:
You’ll be responsible for producing on-trend graphics for clothing ranges while also supporting the team with key administrative tasks. If you’re organised, deadline-driven, and thrive in a fast-moving fashion space, you’ll fit right in.
Key responsibilities:
Designing and managing graphics within the clothing range
Interpreting fashion trends and translating them into commercial designs
Assisting with administrative and production-related tasks
Managing multiple deadlines in a high-volume environment
Requirements:
Matric
Qualification in Fashion Design, Clothing Production, or Clothing Management
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Graphic Design / Graphic Artist role within a clothing company
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Sync experience advantageous, but not essential
