Overall Responsibility:

To assist in maintaining and improving standards in the restaurant and ensure customer satisfaction and to maximize profitability of designated areas of responsibility. This role requires the candidate to set up the restaurant prior to service and prepares restaurant mise-en-place. Adhere to the policies, procedures, rules and regulations of the franchise
