POSITION INFO:
Drafting of Rule 46A Affidavits
Summonses
Section 129 notices
Default Judgment and Rule 46A Applications and all other foreclosure related documentation
Ability to perform well under immense pressure
Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times
Ability to liaise with banks, counsel and debtors
Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players
Strong communication skills
Administratively strong
Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous experience in working on Ghostpractice will be an advantage
Gr 12 / Matric
