A leading distributor in branded technology and accessories, making changes in the South African market, is looking for a Junior Finance Officer to add to their diverse team based in Johannesburg North.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A leading distributor in branded technology and accessories, making changes in the South African market, is looking for a Junior Finance Officer to add to their diverse team based in Johannesburg North.

This is a new role implemented within the team and the purpose of this role will be to assist with debtors’ queries and processing of credit notes. You will also assist with debtors’ collections and customer follow ups. In this role you will be responsible for the full creditors’ functions, as well as petty cash.

Education Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification

Job Requirements and Skills:

Hands on experience with debtors, creditors, and cashbook
Sage / Pastel Evolution skills essential
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
Team player
