Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing business, is looking for a high-potential Junior Financial Manager.

POSITION INFO:
What you’ll be doing:

Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Partnering closely with operations and production teams to understand costs, efficiencies and margins
Assisting with costing, stock, WIP and production-related reporting
Supporting audits, statutory reporting and internal controls
Driving process improvements and helping streamline finance operations
Acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

CA(SA) – newly qualified or up to 1–2 years post articles
Strong grounding in financial reporting
Exposure to operations, manufacturing, costing or stock highly advantageous
Commercial mindset with a hands-on, curious approach
Strong Excel skills and an appetite to learn and grow
Someone who wants a future Financial Manager / Finance Business Partner
