POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

BCom Honours in Accounting/Finance OR Completed SAICA/SAIPA Articles
CA(SA) would be advantageous
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and controls.
Analytical, organised, and eager to learn.
Passionate about the property sector and financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the finance team with month-end and year-end processes.
Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Engage in project costing, cash flow analysis, and property-related financial functions.
Ensure strong financial controls and compliance across the group.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to support strategic decision-making.
