Junior Financial Administrator

• Field calls from clients and customers.
• Data input into cashbook.
• Investigate and resolve queries
• Maintain records of all queries, payments etc.
• Manually injecting transactions that have not yet been processed.
• Prepare weekly requisitions for claims payments.
• Month end reconciliation of cashbook.
• Run daily reports and place FTP for clients.
• Investigate any discrepancies.
• Place files on email to customers.
• Resolve exceptions and identify proposed injects.

• Matric, relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
• Must Be ITC and Criminal Clear 

 Minimum Experience Required

•  Minimum  5 years Financial administration or similar position  

• Excel proficient at an intermediate
• Experience in working in a finance accounting environment  
• Working experience with online environment
• working with online banking sites 

•  Have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team
• Prepared to work overtime if necessary
• Committed to achieving deadlines
• Attention to detail / accuracy
• Be self-driven
• Be organised and assertive
• Be a logical thinker
• Be able to work independently
