Junior Admin Clerk - Bryanston Pastel Partner & Evolution a must!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We require an ambitious Junior Admin Clerk to perform a variety of accounting tasks.

Keeping financial records updated and assist with preparing reports. Should be familiar with accounting procedures.

Should be eager and willing to learn with a passion to further their accounting knowledge.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 or relevant equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
Must have experience in general admin and secretarial duties
Excellent written and oral communications
Pastel Partner & Evolution
Willingness to jump in and assist
Excellent computer expertise especially in Word, Excel & emailing
Own transport

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
Assist with Audit files, including BBBEE
Financial and business administration duties
Support month end and year end closing processes
Assist with accounts payable control processes
Maintaining and updating statistics and reports on various in-house systems.
Daily entering of key data of financial transactions in database
Provide assistance and support to company personnel
Answer phones and take messages
Ad hoc tasks, filling, and projects

Salary - R9000pm
