SUMMARY:
JUNIOR FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR/ JUNIOR COMPILER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The employee is required to do Sectional Titles Compilation of Financial Statements and all such task and duties as are reasonably and lawfully incidental to the compilation of financial statements.
 
Tasks will include but not limited to:
  • Compilation of financials statements on Caseware.
  • Drafting of working papers in excel.
  • Calculation, completion, and submission of income tax returns for SARS.
  • Completing and submission of CSOS annual returns.
  • Quality control to holding company.
 
Knowledge and experience required
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Onedrive and Outlook)
  • VAT Calculations
  • Basic Tax computations
  • The ability to liaise directly with clients
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience
  • Basic knowledge of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, CSOS Act and Sectional Titles Act will be beneficial (On job training will be provided to candidate).
  • Caseware knowledge will be beneficial (On job training will be provided to candidate).
