SUMMARY:
Junior Financial Accountant – R “neg” - Randburg (JHB) – Perm – Immediate start – Open to all – BM 030621A

POSITION INFO:

Our well-established client is looking for a young dynamic individual to join their team and grow within the company. 

Responsibilities & Duties (include but not limited to):

• Assisting Financial Manager
• Assist in preparing annual budget
• Process and Capture Month End Journals
• Prepare Monthly Financial Statements & Reports as required
• Knowledge on how to handle stock and evaluation
• Knowledge and understanding of how QMS-9001-2015 system works
• Knowledge on Office Networking (IT) and local server environment
• Knowledge in Contractual matters (commercially)
• Knowledge on and preparing BBBEE audit requirements
• Knowledge on WSP and EEA2 and EEA4 reports for submission to Dpt of Labour

Minimum Requirements:

• BCOM in Accounting/Finance
• 3-4 years experience in a Finance Function Role (preferably Manufacturing)
• Strong excel skills
• Good knowledge of Pastel
• Strong personality (Tough environment)
• Factory or the steel industry knowledge would be beneficial as well.
