POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Finance Manager with 1 year post-qualification experience as a CA(SA) to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Manage financial reporting, including variance analysis and performance tracking against budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with auditors during financial audits, ensuring all required documentation and information are provided.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior finance managers to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.

• 1 year post-qualification experience as a CA(SA).
• Experience in the financial services industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software.
