POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Finance Manager with 1 year post-qualification experience as a CA(SA) to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and looking to advance their career in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Manage financial reporting, including variance analysis and performance tracking against budgets and forecasts.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Coordinate with auditors during financial audits, ensuring all required documentation and information are provided.
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Collaborate with senior finance managers to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

1 year post-qualification experience as a CA(SA).
Experience in the financial services industry is essential.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls.
Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software.
