Staff Connection is looking for a Junior F&B Manager a beautiful resort in the Drakensberg region.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We need the following:
  • Hospitality qualification in F&B
  • SA Citizen
  • Knowledge of F&B operations
  • Stock management
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations
  • Knowledge of wines and beverages
  • Basic Cost of Sales on food and beverage
  • Restaurant and bar management
  • Banqueting and functions experience
  • Must be budget savvy
  • Legislative compliance OHSA/LRA/BCEA
  • Computer literate on Opera and Micros and competent on administration skills
[The client is open to F&B graduates with a market related entry level remuneration]
