Our client, a well established property development and construction group, seeks to employ a Junior Estimator / Estimating Clerk to join their progressive team. The role is to assist in various estimations for building projects, within the Western Cape region.

The key requirements for consideration:

• You will have completed Matric, plus have 2-5 years experience, in assisting estimators and quantity surveyors, using CCS Candy, for tender compilations and project management, in building projects (residential, commercial and industrial) which is essential.
• You must have excellent organizational skills, have a sound knowledge of building materials, and be able to measure from drawings for accurate bill of material and bill of quantity entriesÂ
• Preference given to candidates who have a knowledge of construction material buying to assist in the procurement department as well, if required.Â
