SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for a Junior Estimator in the East Rand area.

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collecting and gathering the information that will be used to produce project estimates
Coming up with correct and accurate cost information that is required for projects
Forecasting how long it will take to complete a particular project
Preparing quantity and cost estimates for components
Identifying and evaluating all technical issues that are related to a particular project
Planning and organizing, and estimating work assignments, as well as other tasks as required by the management
Analyzing and determining productivity.

Skills and Qualifications

N3/Matric
Technical Drawing
Mechanotech
The ability to be detail-oriented in order to successfully review information and complete projects
Good verbal and oral communication and interpersonal skills, as a junior estimator you are required to possess excellent customer service skills and also liaise efficiently with clients, contractors, and management
Well-developed organizational and self-management skills
