SUMMARY:
Our client in Mining Equipment sector, based in the Midvaal area, has an opportunity available for a Junior Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Mechanical Engineering Degree or Diploma and minimum 1-2 years relevant experience is essential
Facilitating continuous improvement between manufacturing and maintenance departments
Valid Passport and COVID vaccine Certificate are required
In depth understanding of Mechanical Engineering Principles
Good understanding of machine components manufacturing
Good computer skills

KPAs:

Prepare Tender specifications and bill of quantities (BOQ), cost estimates and proposals
Workshop monitoring and contractor management
Attend site meetings
Deal with contractual related matters
Check drawings, designs, materials, and equipment for conformity with project specifications
Work in the field of fluid dynamics, its applications in lubrication systems
