SUMMARY:
Specialist international design company in Centurion wants to employ an Electronic Engineer with a passion for Software and Firmware development.

POSITION INFO:

Position: Electronic Engineer

Location: Centurion

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

The bulk of the software development
Design of the software architecture and development of new coding standards, going forward
This position is within the Industrialisation department
Software and firmware development

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

BEng Electronic Engineering/ BEng Computer Engineering
Knowledge/experience in the following is advantageous not required, but the candidate will be expected to develop these (or similar) skills swiftly: Matlab, ASP.NET, Source-control (Git, SVN), basic SQL, Python, electronic hardware design (using Altium)
Write basic equations (or VBA functions) in Excel
Knowledge in at least a few of the following: C, C++, C# and Python, Arduino, RaspberryPi
