SUMMARY:
The Junior Editor will produce video content for use on my clients various marketing and communication channels in support of operational activities such as fundraising, corporate events, presentations. (Three year fixed term contract)

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Post-matric qualification in video production, specifically video editing
Proven experience in working with video editing software to create long and short format video content (Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects)
Highly creative with strong visual storytelling skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in creating basic graphics for use in video productions
Experience in creating both rough and final cuts
Experience in trimming footage segments and putting together the sequence of the film
Demonstrated ability to input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
Keen eye for detail and accuracy
An ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment while honouring deadlines
An ability to travel as required
Possession of a valid driver’s license
Basic video animation skills – advantageous
Basic video filming, sound recording and photography skills – advantageous

Assist with maintaining video libraries
Assist with maintaining footage archives
