What You'll Do:

• Add new products to the online store and remove non-viable items

• Collaborate with the buying department on stock movements and promotional planning

• Ensure promotions are correctly loaded and monitor stock availability

• Manage the integration of the custom application designed by Simonsays with the online platform

• Oversee order fulfillment and address customer queries or complaints

• Assist in marketing efforts to increase online sales turnover

• Propose and implement improvements to enhance the online shopping experience

• Collaborate with IT to resolve any technical issues that arise

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in online marketing or e-commerce

• Basic understanding of integrated marketing, marketing automation, and online marketing strategies

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team

Familiarity with the following:
