Junior Draughtsperson

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Construction Industry, has an opportunity available for a Junior Draughtsperson to be based in the Eastern Suburbs of Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Technical or CAD drawing subjects advantageous)
• Draughting diploma/Certificate advantageous
• 3D Software certificate
• Nesting Software
• None to 2 years experience
• Skills in:  Draughting & Drawing; Industrial Air-conditioning & Refrigeration; Reverse Engineering; 3D Drawing Software; Solid Edge & Rivet, AUTO-CAD; Meta Cam; Excel

• Create manufacturing drawings in accordance with company standards
• Ensure all cutting list data is accurate and up to date
• Ensure NC programs are updated to latest revisions
• Ensure production schedules are kept up to date with the current status
• Maintain and update the Drawing Office job register as and when required
• Ensure that work environment conform to safety requirements
