Junior Developer (Development and Engineering) - Centurion -

POSITION INFO:

Statutory Requirements:

vAdherence to all internal Standard Operating Procedures and HR Policies.

vAwareness of any statutory requirements that impact the Client as a business.

Key Performance Areas:

vDelivery of strategic projects.

vBest practice quality and testing.

vSystem maintenance and support.

vKnowledge transfer.

vEngineering processes and environment.

Minimum Requirements:

vRelevant Degree or Diploma or Relevant Work Experience required.

vTraining on related areas and skills would be advantageous.

vDegree / Diploma with 6+ years of relevant work experience or 2+ years of relevant work experience.

vPersonal Skills:

oEnsures high quality.

oEncourages collaboration and delivering within the delivery processes.

oAble to work effectively within a team.

vIT Skills:

oExperience in C# is required.

oExperience in .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.

oExperience with LINQ would be advantageous.

oUnderstanding of XML and JSON data representations.

oExperience with MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) would be advantageous.

oExperience in SQL Server would be advantageous.

oService Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience beneficial.

oExposure to good coding standard practices and source code configuration management.

oStandard Microsoft Office efficiencies are required.

vOther Requirements:

oAssist with tasks as assigned from time to time.

oMight be required to work extended hours – as and when agreed.
