SUMMARY:
Administrator/Design Assistant 
A company in the Retail FMCG industry is currently recruiting for an Administrator/Design Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate must come with a minimum of 6-months relevant experience in a similar role. This position will be based in Crown Mines, Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements
  • Essential: Matric.
  • Essential: Diploma/Degree in Design/Visual Communications.
  • Essential: Driver’s license and own vehicle.
  • Essential: Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft based programs.
 
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist HR and Design Manager with any promotions and or events relating to graphics.
  • Keeping electronic documents filed correctly and updating electronic documents filed on the system.
  • Accurate redraw of supplied logos.
  • Recreate electronic versions of designs created by design department.
  • Responsible to design flyers.
  • Scanning of documentations.
  • Photo editing.
  • Design daily advertisements.
  • Managing online sites.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties.
