SUMMARY:
Durban. Established and reputable company within the Transport and Logistics industry seeks meticulous Debtors / Creditors Clerk with excellent numerical ability and a strong grasp of numbers to join their team. Minimum of 3 years relevant Debtors and Creditors experience is essential.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Typing up of supplier invoices to GRV’s, delivery notes, orders, and statements
Reconciling and processing creditors and debtors
Ensuring statements balance
Handling all supplier queries
Managing credit limits and payments to suppliers
Opening of new supplier accounts and ensuring all ad hoc suppliers are captured
Ensuring weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payment schedules are updated daily
Producing a payment summary for creditor payments
