SUMMARY:
Pinetown – Junior Debtors Clerk position for a candidate that is organised, accurate and analytical. You would be required to assist the Debtors Controller and all Debtors function including tracking of deliveries and reconciling POD’s.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
Capturing Bank Movements
Posting and Clearing of Customer Accounts
Follow ups on Debtors related queries and resolution thereof
Preparation and Distribution of Monthly Statements
Preparation of Proforma Invoices
Process Credit Applications
Reconciliation of POD’s
General Debtors Admin

Requirements:
1-2 years Debtors Exp
Accounting Tertiary Education Beneficial
