Junior Customer Experience Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Associate CX Delivery Manager will build and maintain strong Client relationships, schedule project delivery, manage Client feedback and satisfaction, and capture Client requirements, among other responsibilities. The successful candidate will be joining a fun and supportive team who value each other’s input. We encourage individuals to put forward innovative ideas on how we can work smarter and provide a better experience for our Clients.  You must have a university degree with 1-2 years working experince in a customer support environment, preferable in Information Technology.
