A growing and dynamic bank is looking for junior credit risk professionals!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Credit Risk Analytics and Modelling team across various duties while also supporting neighbouring teams as needed. The role's primary focus will be IFRS9 modelling and validations. The role will offer a lot of room for growth and exposure to various teams within the credit risk division.
Education:

A minimum of a degree in the quantitative field. i.e., Actuarial Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or Statistics
Preference will be given to candidates with Post Graduate qualifications in the above fields

Job Experience & Skills Required:

2 - 4 years in a credit risk environment
Preference will be given to candidates with credit risk experience in a retail banking environment
Proficiency in SAS and SQL non-negotiable
Proficient in model development, stress testing and analytics - essential
