POSITION INFO:

PURPOSE/MAIN JOB FUNCTION

Our client is looking for an individual to join their credit team. You will be involved in various parts of the business, including creating campaign files, optimising and automating processes, building scorecards, and data mining.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Transforming raw transactional data into a final campaign file.
Data mining in SAS.
Enhance and rebuild existing models used for application scoring and revenue forecasting.
Define the customer experience golden thread and ensure delivery through the sales team and Marketing division’s digital team.
Build performance monitoring reports for the various products offered.
Analysing new sets of data for potential opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Actuarial Science / BMI
3-5 years as Data Analyst / Credit Analyst in a credit space.

Computer Literacy

SAS (essential)

SQL (essential)Advanced Excel (essential)

Self-learner: ability to take on a problem and come up with a solution creatively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Self-driven: motivated and able to work on their own.
High energy, results driven self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude.
