SUMMARY:
Junior Corporate Governance Administrator required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:



Key Responsibilities: 
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the Corporate Governance Team, Corporate Governance Manager and the Legal & Corporate Governance Officer.
  • Ensure an effective and efficient filing system is in place for all corporate governance documentation
  • Support the Corporate Governance Team in preparing, reviewing and finalizing corporate governance documentation.
  • Perform due diligence processes with all business partners and customers within the company
  • Manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate corporate governance communications and correspondence effectively.
  • Mitigate business risk by constantly monitoring and identifying areas of risk.
  • Keep up to date with the latest knowledge on happenings within the corporate governance environment.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 essential
  • At least 2 years' administrative experience
  • Knowledge of corporate governance documentation
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
