SUMMARY:
Junior Corporate Governance Administrator required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support and assistance to the Corporate Governance Team, Corporate Governance Manager and the Legal & Corporate Governance Officer.
Ensure an effective and efficient filing system is in place for all corporate governance documentation
Support the Corporate Governance Team in preparing, reviewing and finalizing corporate governance documentation.
Perform due diligence processes with all business partners and customers within the company
Manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate corporate governance communications and correspondence effectively.
Mitigate business risk by constantly monitoring and identifying areas of risk.
Keep up to date with the latest knowledge on happenings within the corporate governance environment.

Requirements:

Grade 12 essential
At least 2 years' administrative experience
Knowledge of corporate governance documentation
Computer literate (MS Office)
Administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Typing skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Planning and organizing skills
Research skills
Analytical skills
Multi-tasking skills
Ability to work well under pressure and stick to tight deadlines
