A reputable and growing management company, based in Port Louis, is seeking a Junior Corporate Administrator to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior experience in fiduciary services, trust management, company secretarial work, or global business operations.

POSITION INFO:

Skills and Experience required:

1–2 years' experience in a Management Company, Trust, Fiduciary, or Corporate Administration role
Strong working knowledge of Mauritian corporate and regulatory frameworks
Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
Professional, well-presented, and discreet in dealing with high-net-worth clients
Proficiency with MS Office and corporate administration systems
A proactive, organised, and client-service oriented mindset

Key responsibilities:

Assisting with the day-to-day administration of client entities, including GBCs, Authorised Companies, Trusts, and Foundations
Preparing board packs, resolutions, statutory filings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Maintaining accurate client files and statutory registers
Liaising with the Registrar of Companies, FSC, banks, and auditors
Supporting senior administrators and directors with corporate governance matters
Ensuring timely invoicing, billing, and follow-up on client documentation
