South Africa's best and most trusted property investment group is looking for an independently, efficiently and speedily Junior Conveyancing Assistant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

EMPLOYMENT TYPE       :           PERMANENT
SECTOR :           LEGAL
START DATE :           A.S.A.P / IMMEDIATE

DUTIES:

Draft transfer documents
Request and obtain Municipal Rates Clearance Certificate
Request and obtain transfer duty receipt
Liaise with bond attorneys and deeds office
Send updates to developers and estate agents
General Conveyancing secretary duties

REQUIREMENT:

Matric
Conveyancing course / Paralegal diploma
Lexis Convey experience (essential)
1-3 years’ working experience in a similar role in a reputable law firm
Attention to detail
Neat, presentable and deal with clients in a professional manner
Valid driver’s license with own transport
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
Based in Northern Suburbs
